For this $50 million+ I-74 project in downtown Peoria, SCI provided Phase III Construction Engineering and Material Inspection services. This project included the construction of eastbound and westbound I-74 ramps from just north of Monroe Street to the Murray Baker Bridge, in addition to construction of a ramp tunnel and replacement of the north approach to the bridge. A section of the truss was removed for the ramp reconstruction.

SCI inspected retaining walls (cast in place, MSE, and soldier pile walls); assisted with bridge and paint inspections; and provided project coordination that included public information meetings.
