SCI is currently providing stormwater observations for the residential development. With Chesterfield Creek located adjacent to the site, weekly and post-storm event inspections are critical to keeping the site in compliance with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources' (MDNR) Land Disturbance Permit and the City of Chesterfield's Grading Permit. Revisions to the SWPPP are completed as needed to minimize sediment loss from the site.

Previously for this project, SCI performed a wetland delineation, submitted the Section 404 Permit application, impact analysis, and mitigation plan to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CE). SCI then negotiated with the CE and MDNR to acquire the 404 and 401 permits.
