SCI provided wetland, geotechnical, and construction services at this 250-acre site on S.R. 94. The site is an old quarry that was developed into a park that features a visitor's center/conference center, cabins, hiking trails on a bluff over the Missouri River, bike trails, and a swimming area in a lake. The wetlands services included a wetland delineation and assistance with mitigation banking.
