SCI provided multiple services for the Belleville YMCA , a 32,779-square-foot, $5 million project. Geotechnical services involved drilling borings and providing foundation design recommendations and construction considerations. Asbestos surveys were performed on the former Central Junior High building and a nearby residence that was later converted to a law office.

A Phase One Cultural Resource Survey and a Phase Two Determination of Eligibility Survey were performed on a half-city block that had historic archaeological remains. The surveys were conducted to determine if any intact cultural materials were left after multiple building demolitions and grading episodes disturbed the project area. In addition, construction services involved observation of removal and replacement of rubble fill, density testing of fill, foundation observations and testing of concrete, steel, and masonry.
