SCI managed research and property data of the tax credit project that involves 24 buildings in the Murphy-Blair National Register Historic District in the Old North St. Louis neighborhood. Tasks included recommendations of appropriate treatments based on the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and requirements of the Missouri State Historic Preservation Office. The buildings are being rehabilitated to include residential, commercial, and some mixed-use space.
