SCI performed geotechnical exploration, and environmental and wetland site visits for a planned development that will consist of a number of separate manufacturing/industrial buildings. The purpose of SCI's geotechnical services was to explore the subsurface conditions and identify issues that would need to be addressed during development of the property. The environmental and natural resources site visits were performed to identify the presence of possible concerns, and identify how they might impact development of the site. The site previously housed a farm with orchards and two small lakes. It's bounded on the north and east by a tributary and on the south by the Union Pacific Railroad.
