SCI has conducted several geotechnical studies for BJC HealthCare at the St. Peters location, northwest of the intersection of Jungermann Road and Mexico Road, the most recent being in 2002 for the hospital expansion and the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Earlier geotechnical studies were completed in 1985, 1990, and 1998.

The ASC geotechnical study involved the construction of one new 23,000-square-foot building and the expansion of the existing Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital. The new ASC was constructed as a one-story, steel-framed structure, designed for two additional floors in the future.

SCI has also provided services for these additional BJC Healthcare facilities: Missouri Baptist , Parkland Healthcare Center, and Alton Memorial Hospital.
