Aberdeen Heights (St. Josephs Hospital - Kirkwood)

SCI performed asbestos survey activities on an approximate 750,000 square foot hospital that was originally constructed in 1937. SCI also performed a heavy metal based paint survey and hazardous material survey to identify materials that may need specialized removal and/or disposal prior to the demolition of the structure. During and following survey activities, SCI provided environmental consulting services related to how these materials may affect the redevelopment project.
