Performing Arts Center
This photo was taken during construction of the 85,000-square-foot Performing Arts Facility. SCI provided geotechnical services for the facility as well as associated parking and drive areas.

Residence Halls
SCI has provided numerous geotechnical studies and construction services covering a 7-year span for Lindenwood residence halls. Most of the structures contain three or four stories, and some feature walk-out lower levels and/or basements. Geotechnical services have included slope stability and settlement investigation and construction services have included settlement plate monitoring.

Harmon Hall Additions
SCI provided geotechnical services for two additions to the existing Harmon Hall located on the campus of Lindenwood University: a two-story addition with a basement and a one-story, slab-on-grade addition. The total gross square footage of the building with both the new and existing construction is 60,785 square feet.

Student Center Expansion
SCI provided geotechnical services for an expansion planned to the existing Student Center within the Lindenwood campus. The expansion will be a three-story structure, approximately 55,000 square feet in footprint and will bear the same finished floor elevation as the existing structure. The expansion will feature multiple gymnasiums, a suspended running track, fitness center, dining, and storage.
