SCI performed a wetland delineation and provided Section 404 and 401 Permitting services for this commercial development on an approximate 50-acre site. SCI worked closely with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to streamline the permitting process through the Nationwide Permit Program. SCI also negotiated mitigation requirements with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to minimize costs incurred by the client.
