Springfield, Missouri, March 3, 2008 – SCI Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce that Matthew E. Jung has recently been promoted to Branch Manager, and Project Engineer Julie A. Carroll, P.E.’s responsibilities have expanded to serving SCI’s Springfield and Rolla, Missouri offices.

With over 18 years experience with SCI, Mr. Jung is now fulfilling all of the management responsibilities in both SCI’s Springfield and Rolla, Missouri offices. Mr. Jung re-located to the Southwest region in 2005 to lead the Construction Services Group, and currently lives in the Springfield, Missouri area.

Ms. Carroll joined SCI in 2000. As project engineer for SCI’s Geotechnical and Construction Services Group, Ms. Carroll prepares geotechnical reports and proposals, and provides construction project management and foundation recommendations.
