St. Charles, MO - February 27, 2009. SCI Engineering, Inc. is proud to announce that Tony Kreutz, Vice President/Partner, has been appointed to Chair the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers, Government Affairs Committee.

As head of the committee, Kreutz will be responsible for upholding the Council's strategic plan to monitor and report on legislative and regulatory activities of local, state or federal government which could impact construction, identifying an agenda and proposing positions or issues.

The St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers is an Owner organization which provides leadership to improve value, quality and safety in the efficient delivery of capital facilities and maintenance by the St. Louis design and construction industry.
